Paddington 2 is a fluffy delight of a film, adorable and really really funny. My friends and I were roaring with laughter, most of all at a wholly committed Hugh Grant having an absolute ball as a batty actor. This is the caliber of children’s films that we deserve (in stark contrast to almost all the trailers playing in front of it).
Another sweet, big-hearted and quintessentially British children's comedy. This time there's more frenetic action and less for the human members of the family to do, but Brendan Gleeson and Hugh Grant make up for that, and there are several laugh-out-loud moments of physical comedy in between the messages of tolerance and inclusion.

Keen to find a suitable birthday present for his 110 year old Aunt, Paddington finds an antique pop-up book. He sets about working to earn the money to buy it, but little does he know that a fading actor intends to steal it, as within its pages lies the secret to finding an even greater treasure.
